Hi Dad,
I hope that you get out in time for christmas. I hope that you are a happy man with a deck of cards. We are trying to get out of the airport and back home, there is a huge storm here. I hope that you are warm and are having some fun. Skiing was great today but it was cold it was -22.
I miss you and hope that you are safe and are able to get some good sleep. You are a very brave man and are doing a great thing. Your updates are very interesting and your voice can show that you are happy but cold. Have fun in the South Pole. I love you and really miss you. Every one else says, "We love you dad/Fred. We really miss you." Alex also says, "Dad have a good day, and please pee in the snow for me."
