As I sit here in my comfy Burlington den, with my warm coffee and read this site I ... get envious!
As we have discussed, roughly 20 years, 20,000 feet and - regretably - 45 lbs ago (!) I was at Mt Everest. Journeys such as that and yours stay with you forever.
I don't know you well or your family at all but I imagine you are inspiring all of them and setting in motion such trips within your family for generations to come.
That is a wonderful precedent to set and may you have continued success in this - and future - journeys.
Lynda, our two kids (Sierra and Hayden) and I will make a donation to your cause (Lynda is no stranger to such efforts; she continues to help rebuild the shattered lives of those in Banda Aceh, Indonesia - where the tsunami hit the hardest).

Good Day Mark and team of adventurers.
All the best to you all. It looks like the adventure has really begun today for you. Be safe and enjoy! We were at the Burlington Santa Parade today and froze but I thought of you guys and was humbled but what you were going to be accomplishing in the cold over the next several days.
