Donating to the South Pole Expedition for Kids
Each member of the South Pole Expedition for Kids team is dedicated to improving the lives of children in our local communities. We are hoping to raise at least $500,000 to support this effort. Our fundraising efforts will be directly supporting the following programs in the Hamilton, Niagara, and Halton Regions: Food programs to provide nourishment in city schools, Music Programs for kids, and investment in our area public schools and other local charities – all aimed at providing resources to children or families that need assistance.
South Pole for Kids team members are covering all expedition and administration costs so that 100% of the funds raised can go directly to the selected charities. As a donor you can choose where your funds will be directed: Food Programs, Music Programs, Local Children’s Charities, or wherever the funds are most required. You can also choose whether your donation is allocated in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, or the Greater Toronto area. Donations are tax deductible, and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
